In this role, you will support prospective and existing clients in setting up and optimizing their business operations within Creative City Fujairah – Media Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on licensing options, company structures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare proposals, business plans, and key documentation
• Conduct market and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams and government authorities to ensure smooth setup and ongoing compliance
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and guidance
• Contribute to the development of improved consulting processes and service offerings

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess business models, market conditions, and financial data
• Consulting and management consulting skills, with the ability to advise on strategy, structure, and operational improvements
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients, internal teams, and external authorities
• Finance-related skills to interpret financial statements, support budgeting, and assess investment feasibility
• Experience in business setup, free zone operations, or UAE regulatory environments is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in consulting or project management are a plus
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within deadlines
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset
