CONTINIA CONSULTANT | BUSINESS CENTRALI’m currently recruiting for a Continia Consultant to join the Professional Services team of a leading software provider specialising in the construction and house-building sectors.Supporting over 3,000 businesses across the UK and Ireland, the company delivers specialist software solutions that help organisations improve financial management, streamline operations and automate key business processes.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ERP or finance systems consultant to work on end-to-end implementations, build strong customer relationships and develop their expertise across Continia and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.THE ROLEThe successful candidate will deliver Continia implementations, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure solutions that improve document management, invoice processing and expense management.Key responsibilities will include:Implementing and configuring Continia solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralWorking across Continia Document Capture, Document Output, Document Delivery and Expense ManagementGathering customer requirements and translating business needs into practical system solutionsConfiguring invoice processing, document distribution and approval workflowsLeading customer workshops and process reviewsCoordinating system testing, investigating issues and supporting resolutionDelivering user training and supporting customers through changes to their business processesPreparing customers for go-live and ensuring a smooth transition into business-as-usual operationsWorking closely with Project Managers, developers and other consultants to deliver successful implementationsMaintaining project documentation and ensuring high standards of consultancy deliveryABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone with:Experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or finance/ERP softwareA good understanding of finance processes, particularly accounts payable, purchase-to-pay and purchase invoice processingExperience delivering software implementations from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing and go-liveStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence engaging with customers, facilitating workshops and delivering trainingThe ability to manage competing priorities and work independently within a wider project teamA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UKExperience with Continia is highly desirable, particularly Document Capture, Document Output, Document Delivery or Expense Management.
