Position Title: Business Consultant - Company Formation & Free Zone Services Employment Type: Full Time Salary (AED): depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly sales commissions Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A Sharjah based dynamic Freezone organization offering hassle-free business setup solutions within UAE.

Job Description

• Manage and convert incoming sales inquiries from calls, emails, chats, walk-ins and referrals into successful company formation and business licensing sales.
• Advise clients on UAE company setup, suitable business activities, free zone regulations, licensing packages, eligibility requirements and visa-related fees.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing commercial sales role.
• Proven track record of converting inquiries into sales, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Russian is highly advantage while proficiency in English is mandatory
• Proficient in CRM systems and computer applications ; must hold a valid UAE driving licence
