This is an organisation with real international scale, operating from Cyprus with Group-wide reach.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to take ownership of the Group's enterprise-wide BCMS — a Group-level, high-visibility appointment reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and acting as Secretary to the Group Compliance Committee.This is not a back-office function. You will be the architect of how this organisation prepares for, responds to, and recovers from disruption — embedding a unified BCM framework across multiple European entities, coordinating with local BC managers, and reporting directly to senior leadership and the Board.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and implementing a Group-wide BCMS aligned with ISO 22301Conducting Business Impact Analyses across all critical business functions — manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, regulatory, and corporate operationsDefining Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), and Maximum Tolerable Periods of Disruption (MTPDs)Developing crisis management playbooks, escalation protocols, and emergency response frameworksPlanning, coordinating, and evaluating BC testing programmes — tabletop exercises, simulations, and real-life drillsActing as Secretary to the Group Compliance Committee — maintaining the risk register, developing KPI dashboards, and providing regular updates to senior leadershipMonitoring emerging risks (cyber, geopolitical, regulatory, environmental) and translating these into continuity prioritiesBuilding a culture of resilience across the Group through training, awareness, and stakeholder engagementWhat We're Looking ForSolid, hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management — you have personally built, owned, and tested BCM frameworks, not just advised on themDemonstrated experience conducting BIAs, defining RTOs/RPOs, and running crisis simulationsISO 22301 certification or demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining the standardExperience reporting to senior leadership or Board-level governance bodies on BCM posture and riskComfortable coordinating across multiple business entities without direct authority over local teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can influence, not just instructExperience in regulated environments (financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar) preferredFluent English required; Greek an advantageWhy This RoleFully remote from Greece with periodic travel to Cyprus and PolandGroup-level mandate with direct access to the CCO and BoardGenuine opportunity to build something from scratch with full executive backingCompetitive salary package — candidates choosing to relocate from abroad to Cyprus, may benefit from Cyprus's attractive 50% personal income tax exemption
