قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجBusiness Continuity ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity Management Program.Develop and maintain Business Continuity policies, frameworks, procedures, and plans in alignment with the organization’s Risk Management framework.Conduct and regularly update Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) to identify critical business functions, dependencies, recovery requirements, and priorities.Identify, assess, and monitor Business Continuity risks in coordination with the Risk Management function.Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across all business functions.Coordinate with IT to ensure Disaster Recovery plans are effectively integrated with the organization’s Business Continuity Plans.Plan and conduct Business Continuity exercises and simulations, assess their effectiveness, and track resulting improvement actions.Monitor the implementation of corrective and remediation actions arising from tests, exercises, incidents, and identified gaps.Prepare periodic Business Continuity readiness and resilience reports for senior management and the Risk Committee.Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, standards, and guidelines related to Business Continuity.Support crisis management activities and participate in the Crisis Management Team during the activation of emergency response plans.Develop and deliver Business Continuity awareness and training programs across the organization.Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations related to Business Continuity.Stay abreast of international standards, regulatory developments, and industry best practices and incorporate relevant enhancements into the Business Continuity Program.Promote awareness of fraud risks and ensure suspected or identified fraudulent activities, whether internal or external, are promptly reported through the appropriate channels.Promote a strong risk-aware culture by reinforcing employees’ responsibility to identify and promptly report any risks, threats, or vulnerabilities.Qualifications & Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field from an accredited local or international university.5+ years of relevant experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Resilience, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Crisis Management.Strong experience in developing and maintaining Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), policies, procedures, and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).Proven experience in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Business Continuity risk assessments.Good knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, particularly ISO 22301 and ISO 31000.Business Continuity or Risk Management certification (e.g., CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
