Team members join a growing, compliance-driven organization committed to financial inclusion, customer-centric innovation, and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework in line with regulatory requirements, including SAMA guidelines.Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.Design and test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).Coordinate and lead BCP drills, simulations, and awareness programs across all departments.Prepare reports and updates for senior management and regulatory bodies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, IT, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related role.Knowledge of SAMA regulations and BCM frameworks is a strong advantage.Professional certification (CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) is preferred.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
