Responsibilities: Participating in identifying and defining the record of critical services within the Department, as well as defining and updating the associated risk registry in accordance with the domains specified in the standard and in coordination with the relevant departments; updating the risk cards for critical services and contributing to this process for affiliated entities as well.Following up with the relevant organizational units regarding the establishment of controls for risks as classified by the Business Continuity Management standard.Attending training sessions for department coordinators on mechanisms for identifying and following up on risk mitigation in coordination with the concerned departments.Collecting the necessary information for preparing, implementing, and updating plans related to Business Continuity Management, including Business Continuity strategies, Incident Response Plan, Business Continuity Plan, and Media Response Plan, in coordination with the relevant organizational units.Monitoring the relevant organizational units and support services regarding the provision of resources (employees, equipment, tools, software, and financial resources) required to implement the above-mentioned plans.Training department coordinators and relevant Department leadership on response scenarios and mechanisms for executing the aforementioned plans.Assisting in the preparation, implementation, and updating of mechanisms for notification, escalation, event management, and supply chain management in the event of emergencies, crises, or disasters.Assisting in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of Business Continuity Management documents and records.Assisting in communicating with external parties to establish coordination and follow-up mechanisms for the implementation of shared critical services.Participating in internal audits of the Business Continuity Management program.Participating in the regular updating of the Incident Response Plan.Assisting in establishing safety procedures for all resources, including employees, during any crisis in coordination with support services.Raising awareness among employees throughout the organization on incident response.Participating in making updates when assessing damages.Collecting information to measure key performance indicators for the Business Continuity Management standard within the Department and preparing draft performance reports related to Business Continuity.Other internal meetings.Attending relevant workshops and conferences.Assisting in the preparation of and participation in the execution of Business Continuity Management system exercises at the Department level.Carrying out any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent is required; preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.Preference will be given to candidates who possess an accredited certificate in Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301) and a training certificate in Business Continuity Management System (NCEMA 70000).Experience:Practical experience of 0–2 years in the field of business risk analysis and business continuity, or an equivalent discipline.
