We’re looking for a meticulous, user‑centric Business Analyst who can translate business needs into robust data solutions and ensure our systems evolve with clarity, consistency, and purpose.What You’ll DoPartner closely with stakeholders to probe, understand, and document business requirements.Craft detailed user journeys and use cases that guide system design and data flows.Translate requirements into functional specifications and structured data needs.Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement scalable data solutions.Ensure all solutions follow data management best practices and governance standards.Conduct data analysis to validate quality, consistency, and user alignment.Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, process flows, and project plans.Support data governance initiatives and BAU monitoring.Work with engineering teams to plan sprints, manage enhancements, and resolve issues.What You BringDegree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years’ hands‑on experience in data management or business analysis within investment/banking.Strong experience crafting user journeys and use cases.Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data analysis tools.Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and operational meticulousness.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Solid understanding of data modelling and data integration.Experience with SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
