Business data analyst

We are looking for a data-driven professional with strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills to bridge business needs and data insights. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️2-3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.Strong proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting.Experience working with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Solid knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business requirements gathering, and version control tools such as Git.Familiarity with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Proven experience translating business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations.Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools.Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders.Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and business analysis activities.Implement and monitor data quality and reporting standards.Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.📍 LocationMadrid (Hybrid)🚀 WHY US? 🚀Join our dynamic team of talented people and discover a world full of growth and opportunity.
