TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for "Business Data Analyst-II" Job DescriptionThis is a 12 months contract located in Toronto, Ont /Hybrid 4 days in office.SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you will be part of a collaborative group of analysts working within a larger project team to strengthen our data management initiative across Enterprise Compliance. You will be partnering with stakeholders to identify and resolve data retention and disposition gaps, helping ensure our practices align with Enterprise data management standards, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:• Provide data management and governance support• Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation activities• Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines• Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting Data Retention and Disposition requirements, support data retention and disposition analysis, and support development of Data Management and Data Retention and Disposition procedures• Support identification, inventory and cataloguing of existing data assets• Manual execution of Data Disposition and Evidencing• Identify, escalate and support documentation of project and data risks and issues• Build effective working relationships to collaborate with peers and partners on personal deliverables• Manage numerous stakeholder relationships and provide support where required MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:1.)
