The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to grow the business, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve company goals.QualificationsStrong business development and sales skills, with experience in lead generation and client relationship managementStrategic planning and market research skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunitiesNegotiation and contract management expertiseExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently on projectsExperience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of financial metrics
