Role Description The Business Developer at Sentricode Labs is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor research, and building a strong sales pipeline for digital architecture and custom software services. The Business Developer will maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, negotiation support, and tracking performance metrics to meet sales targets. The role also requires contributing to business development strategies, attending industry events when needed, and providing regular reports to management on market trends and business progress.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, understand client needs, and interpret industry trends.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present solutions clearly, and ensure a professional client experience.Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills and familiarity with prospecting tools or methods to create and manage a healthy sales pipeline.Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within technology, software, or digital services sectors.Candidates should have the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams, understand basic software and web concepts, and translate them into business value for clients.Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in lieu of formal education may be considered.Comfort with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and professional written documentation is beneficial.
