Apply & track with Apply EdgeLidya Madencilik is looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Corporate Finance Manager / Assistant Manager to join its growing team.This role is designed for a strong finance professional who can support and lead a broad range of strategic and financial initiatives, including M&A transactions, project finance processes, bank and lender relations, investment analysis, financial modelling, strategic partnerships, and corporate finance projects.The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial judgment, high ownership, disciplined execution, and the ability to work closely with senior management, shareholders, financial institutions, advisors, and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and/or lead M&A, joint venture, strategic partnership, and business development opportunities, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation support, and executionPrepare and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, investment cases, sensitivity analyses, and management presentationsTake an active role in project finance and debt financing processes, including lender communication, information package preparation, financial model coordination, term sheet review, due diligence, and closing processesSupport ongoing banking relationships, financing alternatives, credit processes, covenant tracking, refinancing opportunities, and corporate finance initiativesPrepare high-quality reports, board materials, investment memoranda, market analyses, and strategic decision-support documentsCoordinate with internal departments, technical teams, legal advisors, financial advisors, banks, consultants, and other external stakeholdersMonitor mining, commodities, capital markets, financing trends, and relevant strategic developments in Türkiye and international marketsContribute to finance, strategy, and business development projects as requiredQualificationsBachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or similar qualifications are a plus5–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, project finance, M&A advisory, private equity, Big Four transaction services, banking, or corporate business developmentStrong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and presentation skillsPrior exposure to M&A, project finance, debt financing, or strategic investment processes is strongly preferredExperience in mining, metals, energy, infrastructure, natural resources, or capital-intensive industries is a plusExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong attention to detail, business judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlinesHigh ethical standards, discretion, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholdersA self-starter who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented environmentWhat We OfferDirect exposure to senior management and strategic decision-making processesOpportunity to work on high-impact M&A, financing, investment, and growth projectsA dynamic role combining corporate finance, business development, project finance, and strategic executionA professional environment that values analytical excellence, responsibility, integrity, and long-term career development
