Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesJob-Specific AccountabilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across different business verticals aligned with MIT’s fintech solutions.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships with investors, financial institutions, large corporations, government entities, universities & research centers.Lead end-to-end deal origination, negotiation, and closure for enterprise clients, including RFPs, pilots, and full-scale implementations.Identify, screen, and evaluate potential merger and acquisition targets that align with MIT’s strategic objectives, including preliminary due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning support.Identify and engage potential investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and other funding sources; support the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparation of pitch decks, financial models, due diligence materials, and investor presentations.Cooperate and collaborate with relevant teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing fintech products, including pricing models, channel strategies, and customer acquisition plans.Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and regulatory requirements (SAMA, CMA).Monitor and report on key growth metrics, M&A pipeline, fundraising progress, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.Support the development of long-term growth strategies, M&A roadmap, and annual strategic planning processes.Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market presence and revenue.Preparing commercial proposals, RFP responses, and business casesSupporting contract negotiations, coordinating with Legal and FinanceQualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or fintech-related certification is a strong plus.4+ years of relevant experience in business development, corporate development, M&A, or strategic partnerships, with at least 2 years in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS within KSA.Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million SAR enterprise deals and/or supporting M&A transactions and fundraising activities in the Saudi market.Strong existing network within KSA banking, Fintechs, government sectors& regulators, and investor/VC community.Deep knowledge of SAMA&CMA fintech regulations, and local market dynamics.Required Skills & Competencies:Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (Arabic & English – bilingual proficiency is mandatory).Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities (particularly for M&A valuation and fundraising materials).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.High level of cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills across corporate and investor audiences.
