Help build the Ireland presence of Work Health Strategy

Location: Location: Dubai, UAE | GCC Region Work Health Strategy is an international workforce health and organisational performance consultancy.

We bring together occupational health expertise, psychosocial risk intelligence, employee support, strategic consulting and intelligent technology to help organisations build healthier workforces and stronger performance. As we expand into the Ireland, we are looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven professional to help develop our market presence, build strategic relationships and create new business opportunities.This is an opportunity to play an active role in developing W.H.S. in the GCC Region from an early stage.What you will doIdentify and engage prospective corporate clients across the GCC RegionBuild relationships with HR, People, Wellbeing, Occupational Health and senior business leadersDevelop a qualified pipeline of potential clients and opportunitiesIntroduce W.H.S. and communicate the business value of our solutionsSupport meetings, proposals and the development of new client relationshipsIdentify and develop strategic partnerships and referral networksRepresent W.H.S. at relevant industry events and networking opportunitiesGather market intelligence and contribute to our Ireland go-to-market strategyWork directly with the founder and international team to develop the GCC Region businessWhat we are looking for Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skillsCommercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindsetConfidence engaging with corporate decision-makersGood understanding of the GCC Region business environmentAbility to work independently and take ownership of opportunitiesExcellent written and spoken EnglishA university degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Communications, Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
