About CapitalRockCapitalRock is a Hong Kong-based wealth consulting company focused on providing clients with clarity, insight and personalised support throughout their financial journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and well-organised Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support our growing activities in Dubai.This combined role involves developing prospective client relationships while supporting client service, onboarding coordination and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities

• Support business-development activities and identify prospective clients
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients
• Follow up with prospects and coordinate meetings
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in the CRM
• Assist with client onboarding and documentation
• Respond to client enquiries and follow up on pending requests
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations and correspondence
• Support networking activities, events and strategic partnerships
• Maintain organised records and monitor outstanding actions
• Provide general administrative and operational supportRequirements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients
• Ability to manage both client-facing and operational responsibilities
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems, KYC or client onboarding would be an advantage
• Previous experience in business development, client service, banking or financial services would be beneficial, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Candidates must already hold a valid UAE residence visa, such as a family-sponsored or self-sponsored visa

• Monthly basic salary of AED 4,000
• Performance-based commission
