Business Development & Operations ExecutiveExploit3rs is looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive to join our team in the UAE.This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining sales, business development, marketing, proposals, event coordination, logistics, and procurement.Responsibilities- Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.- Conduct sales outreach, follow up on leads, and identify new business opportunities.- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other client-facing materials.- Support marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotional activities.- Coordinate cybersecurity events, CTF competitions, workshops, and training programs.- Manage event logistics, including venues, equipment, transportation, schedules, and materials.- Handle procurement, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, purchasing, and delivery follow-ups.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.- Maintain proper follow-up on leads, proposals, tasks, and deadlines.Requirements- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Confident attending client meetings and representing the company professionally.- Strong organizational and coordination skills.- Ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations.- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities.- UAE work experience is preferred.About Exploit3rsExploit3rs is the UAE’s hands-on cybersecurity academy, delivering practical cybersecurity training, CTF competitions, cybersecurity events, awareness programs, and hands-on learning experiences for government, enterprises, and educational institutions.Exploit3rs has trained 4,000+ professionals, delivered 21+ cyber events, developed 300+ hands-on labs, and delivered programs across 7 university campuses in the UAE.
