High Five is calling Business Development Manager to join our Client - they provide artificial intelligence-based medical services with world-class AI technology and clinical problem-solving capabilities. Our Client brings risk prevention to a focus - their product is a medical software that has been developed to monitor the patient's statement in real-time to predict emergencies at the early stage.ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (50%)Drive the full sales cycle for Company's AI solutions — from prospecting and engagement to deal closureIdentify and develop relationships with target hospitals, healthcare groups, and key opinion leadersBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry stakeholdersProvide market insights and feedback to HQ to support product localization and go-to-market strategyOffice Administration (50%) Support the setup and daily operations of the Hong Kong office as a founding memberHandle general office administration including vendor coordination, facility management, and operational logisticsAct as a liaison between the Hong Kong office and HQ on administrative and operational mattersQualificationsMust Have3+ years of sales or business development experience in the Hong Kong healthcare industry (required)Hands-on experience in office administration and operations (required)Fluent in English and Cantonese / MandarinEligible to work in Hong KongComfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities in an early-stage office environmentPreferredExperience in a startup or high-growth environmentKnowledge of AI or healthcare technologyProficiency in Korean is a plus
