About AFTECHAsosiasi Fintech Indonesia (AFTECH) is the official fintech association in Indonesia, serving as the umbrella association for the fintech industry. AFTECH collaborates with regulators, government institutions, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to accelerate the growth of Indonesia's digital financial ecosystem.We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnership Manager to strengthen AFTECH's partnership ecosystem, drive membership growth, and develop strategic collaborations that create value for our members and the broader fintech industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to expand AFTECH's membership base and strategic partnerships.Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with fintech companies, financial institutions, technology providers, government agencies, development partners, and other key stakeholders.Drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives to strengthen AFTECH's ecosystem.Lead partnership discussions, sponsorship negotiations, and collaboration agreements with strategic partners.Develop sponsorship proposals and secure partnerships for AFTECH's conferences, industry events, research, and strategic programs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of partnership benefits and member value propositions.Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives that support AFTECH's long-term growth and sustainability.Represent AFTECH at meetings, conferences, industry forums, and networking events.Monitor partnership performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar role.Experience in the fintech, financial services, banking, technology, consulting, or digital ecosystem is highly preferred.Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and managing key stakeholder relationships.Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.Preferred QualificationsStrong professional network within Indonesia's fintech, financial services, technology, or digital ecosystem.Experience working with regulators, government institutions, industry associations, or international organizations.Experience in sponsorship development, membership organizations, or ecosystem-building initiatives.Good understanding of Indonesia's fintech landscape, digital finance trends, and regulatory environment.Why Join AFTECH?Be part of Indonesia's leading fintech association and contribute to shaping the future of the digital financial ecosystem.Work closely with regulators, policymakers, industry leaders, and strategic partners.Build meaningful partnerships that drive innovation and industry growth.Enjoy a collaborative, dynamic, and purpose-driven working environment with opportunities for professional development.
