Business Development & Partnerships ManagerBAN Tourism is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to support the company’s growth by developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships with corporate, government, tourism, and travel-sector clients.The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and capable of managing opportunities from initial contact through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, tourism, and MICE segments.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tourism partners, hotels, travel agencies, DMCs, and other industry stakeholders.- Develop strategic partnerships that support BAN Tourism’s growth and destination offerings.- Manage the business development pipeline and follow up on leads and commercial opportunities.- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and partnership offers in coordination with the operations team.- Participate in client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.- Understand client requirements and translate them into relevant tourism programs and solutions.- Support negotiations and contribute to closing commercial agreements.- Monitor market opportunities, competitors, and emerging tourism trends.- Maintain clear reporting on opportunities, partnerships, and business development activities.Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, tourism, hospitality, events, or a related field.- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.- Good understanding of the Saudi business environment.- Experience in tourism, DMC, hospitality, corporate travel, or MICE is highly preferred.- Fluent Arabic and good command of English.- Based in Riyadh.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who takes ownership, builds relationships naturally, follows opportunities through to completion, and wants to play an active role in the growth of BAN Tourism.
