This role focuses on driving new partnerships, strategically managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and strengthen relationships with host partners and key decision-makersIdentify and convert new business opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-upsLead partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding processes (including agreements)Represent RMC Asia professionally in external engagementsCollaborate internally to ensure a smooth partner experience and maintain accurate activity trackingQualifications1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, business management, or partnerships, preferably within Hotel, Tourism, or HospitalityStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProactive, organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independentlyComfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for business outreachInternational or hospitality industry exposure is a plusBe part of a global team connecting talents with international opportunities!
