Team members contribute to projects that focus on measurable outcomes and tangible business impact.Role Description This full-time Business Development and GTM Intern role is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern supports the business development team by conducting market research, identifying potential customers, and assisting with lead generation campaigns. Daily tasks include preparing outreach materials, coordinating meetings, updating CRM records, and helping analyze pipeline data and GTM performance. The role also involves supporting customer interactions, drafting proposals and presentations, and collaborating with marketing and operations to refine go-to-market strategies.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics.Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation abilities.Experience or interest in lead generation and business development activities, including prospecting and qualifying opportunities.Market research skills to gather, organize, and synthesize insights on industries, competitors, and customers.Customer service mindset, with the ability to engage professionally and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Interest in AI, technology, or consulting, ideally within healthcare or financial services.Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM platforms) and strong organizational skills.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional team.
