The role also involves coordinating with relevant stakeholders throughout the investment process and preparing proposals for management consideration.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Deal SourcingIdentify and develop new business and investment opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction.Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, Financial Advisors, Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, Venture Capital firms, and business partners.Participate in networking activities, business matching, industry events, and meetings with entrepreneurs to build a strong deal pipeline.Proactively identify companies and businesses with investment potential or potential synergies with the Group.Develop and manage the deal pipeline from initial opportunity sourcing through the investment evaluation process.2. Business & Investment AnalysisResearch and analyze Business Models, Industry Landscapes, and Competitive Landscapes.Analyze business performance, financial position, and key business drivers.Assess investment attractiveness and Strategic Fit with the company and the Group.Conduct preliminary Due Diligence and identify Key Risks and Key Opportunities.3. Financial Modeling & ValuationDevelop and analyze Financial Models for potential investment opportunities.Analyze Revenue, Cost Structure, EBITDA, Cash Flow, and Financial Projections.Conduct business valuation using appropriate methodologies, including Investment Return analysis such as IRR, Payback Period, and Sensitivity Analysis.Analyze investment structures and expected investment returns.4. Investment ProposalPrepare Investment Proposals and Investment Memos for management consideration.Summarize Investment Thesis, Opportunity, Risks, Valuation, and Expected Returns.Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external advisors throughout the Due Diligence and Transaction process.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Investment, Corporate Development, M&A, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Strategy Consulting.Proven experience in Financial Modeling and Valuation.Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Analysis.Strong presentation and Investment / Business Proposal development skills.Strong Business Acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.Strong Networking and Relationship Management skills.Proactive and capable of independently building and managing a Deal Pipeline.Good command of English, both spoken and written.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
