We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate to help identify new opportunities and build the foundation of long-term client relationships.As a Business Development Associate, you will support lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline management, working closely with senior BD team members to convert opportunities into partnerships.🔑 What You'll OwnIdentify and qualify new leads through research and outreachSupport scheduling and coordination of client meetingsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRMHelp prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materialsTrack pipeline status and report progress to the BD team✅ What You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a related roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFluent in Arabic, professional EnglishComfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)🚀 Why Join Us?
