Business Development Associate

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious Engineering Graduate to join the KSA team as a Business Development Associate.The successful candidate will work closely with the Specification Manager and engage with consultants, clients, developers, and key industry stakeholders across Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on business development, project specifications, client relationship management, and identifying new business opportunities within the HVAC and construction sectors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with consultants, clients, developers, and key stakeholders.Identify and follow up on new projects and business opportunities.Support project registrations, specifications, technical submissions, approvals, testing, and certifications.Prepare pre-qualification documents, presentations, brochures, and project-related documentation.Maintain and update consultant, client, and project databases.Conduct market research on upcoming projects and potential business opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to project and customer requirements.Prepare business reports, project updates, presentations, and meeting summaries.Develop a strong understanding of products and solutions and communicate their technical and commercial value effectively.Support consultant meetings, presentations, client visits, and other business development activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering – Mandatory.1–3 years of relevant experience.Experience or exposure to HVAC / Construction is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Confident and professional when dealing with clients and consultants.Strong organizational, coordination, research, and follow-up skills.Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to learn.Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to understand and communicate technical information clearly.Willingness and flexibility to travel across KSA as required.Valid KSA driving license and own car – Mandatory.Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop is preferred.Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
