About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team and support new business growth for BU Soft Tech.The ideal candidate should have experience in IT Services / Software Services sales, with good communication skills and a strong interest in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients in international markets.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, databases, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to targeted prospects.
• Connect with CXO, IT, Digital, Data, and Technology decision-makers.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales process.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams when required.
• Meet defined monthly activity and qualified-meeting targets.
• Maintain regular reports on outreach activities, meetings, and pipeline.Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Services / Software Services Business Development, . Inside Sales, SDR, or B2B Sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting.
• Basic understanding of IT services such as Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Applications.
• Ability to research accounts and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Sheets and tools.Preferred
• Experience selling IT services to US.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar sales platforms.
• Exposure to lead-generation and appointment-setting activities.Key Performance Areas
