LearningShala focuses on honest information, personalized advising, and structured support so students can make confident decisions that lead to meaningful careers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will provide individualized student counseling, helping learners explore suitable online programs and universities aligned with their academic background and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting advising sessions, assisting with program selection, supporting admission-related queries, and guiding students through course planning and academic requirements. The Advisor will collaborate with mentors and internal teams to ensure timely communication, maintain accurate student records, and follow up with learners throughout their education journey. The role also involves sharing clear, data-backed information, addressing student concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement of counseling processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners through program and career choices.Candidates should possess solid Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge to support course planning and understanding of higher education pathways.Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain complex information simply.Relevant experience in academic advising, student success, or education services is beneficial.Familiarity with online and distance education programs, especially in fields such as business, IT, healthcare, and arts, is an advantage.Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline preferred.Ability to work with diverse student populations, use basic digital tools/CRM systems, and maintain confidentiality of student information.
