This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand customer needs, and generating leads through multiple channels. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective partners or clients, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and support the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and product teams, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback that helps refine Bhanzu’s offerings and go-to-market strategies.Qualifications Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in presentation skills and creating impactful presentations tailored to different audiences.Experience with lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Interest in education, technology, or edtech, with a passion for improving how learners experience math.Prior experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred but not mandatory.
