Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.* Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, channel partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.* Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing partners.* Explore new markets and expand Collegepond’s partner network.* Promote Collegepond’s services and identify opportunities for collaboration.* Attend meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities.* Follow up on leads, maintain records of interactions, and work towards business development targets.* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement with partners.What We’re Looking For : * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.* A proactive attitude with a strong interest in sales and business development.* Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and build long-term partnerships.* Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and business development activities.* A self-motivated individual who enjoys meeting new people and exploring new markets.* Prior experience in sales, business development, or the education industry would be an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.Important Things to Know : * This is not a work-from-home role.
