Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify potential corporate clients and generate new business opportunities. The role focuses on promoting our HR services, recruitment solutions, and professional training programs to potential clients across PakistanResponsibilitiesIdentify potential corporate clients and generate B2B leads.Contact prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.Introduce company services and identify client needs.Build professional relationships with potential clients.Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.Assist in converting leads into business opportunities.Maintain lead records and achieve monthly targets.Qualifications6 months–1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.Fresh graduates with relevant internship or MTO experience may also apply.Experience in selling HR services, recruitment solutions, or professional training courses will be a plus.Strong communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
