Business Development Associate (Real Estate)

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking & lead generation• Identify and develop relationships with potential clients• Understand client requirements and arrange property meetings/site visits• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business• Maintain client records and update CRM regularlyRequirements:• 1+ year of experience in real estate or business development/sales• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Confident in making outbound calls and handling clients• Target-driven and self-motivated• Good knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage• Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE preferred• Languages preferred: Arabic & Malayalam📍 Location: Dubai💼 Role: Business Development Executive - Real Estate
