Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an MBBS-qualified Health Advocate with a strong healthcare background and relevant experience in stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedics, and sports medicine.MBBS is mandatory for this role, and candidates should have prior professional experience in stem cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a closely related clinical field.This role combines business development consultation, patient care coordination, CRM management, and lead conversion, while ensuring a professional, ethical, and highly patient-centric experience throughout the treatment journey.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial consultations with international patients to understand their medical condition, treatment history, previous interventions, current concerns, and treatment expectations.Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team throughout the patient journey.Manage patient cases from the initial inquiry and medical review through treatment confirmation, scheduling, treatment coordination, and post-treatment follow-up.Collect, review, and organize medical reports, imaging, laboratory results, and other documentation required for clinical case assessment.Qualify leads, maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and ensure structured, timely, and consistent follow-up.Clearly explain the patient journey, clinical review process, next steps, treatment pathway, and logistical requirements in a professional and patient-friendly manner.Support lead conversion through knowledgeable consultation, relationship building, appropriate follow-up, and effective communication.Identify opportunities for patient acquisition, referrals, strategic partnerships, and business growth.Maintain a high standard of patient communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and continuity of care throughout the engagement.Preferred ProfileStrong understanding of regenerative medicine, stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal care.Previous experience in international patient coordination, regenerative medicine, healthcare sales, medical tourism, patient advisory services, or healthcare business development is highly desirable.Strong communication, relationship management, CRM, negotiation, consultation, and conversion skills.Ability to understand medical reports and communicate clinical information to patients in a clear, responsible, and patient-friendly manner.Organized, proactive, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly patient-centric.Comfortable managing international patients across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.Qualifications & ExperienceMBBS degree is mandatory.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-MBBS experience in stem cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a closely related clinical field.Practical understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic treatment pathways, stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, and regenerative medicine.Experience in a regenerative medicine clinic, orthopedic practice, sports medicine center, stem cell treatment facility, or international patient department is preferred.Additional postgraduate qualification, certification, fellowship, or professional training in Regenerative Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Musculoskeletal Care, Stem Cell Therapy, Orthobiologics, or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
