Committed to excellence, we aim to provide memorable client experiences through originality and determination.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Business Development Coordinator supports the studio’s design vision through the creation of compelling marketing materials and thoughtful color and material design selections. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, branding, and visualization contributing to how our projects are presented, perceived, and brought to market. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, color, and materials, along with the ability to translate architectural concepts into polished, client-ready visuals.RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development & Client Relations Support business development efforts to identify and pursue new project opportunitiesAssist with client outreach, follow-up, and relationship managementCoordinate materials and presentations for client meetings, interviews, and new business opportunitiesMaintain and update client, developer, builder, and industry contact databasesTrack prospective projects, leads, proposals, and ongoing business development activitiesResearch potential clients, markets, communities, and development opportunitiesCoordinate follow-up efforts with current and prospective clientsSupport firm leadership with business development initiatives, meetings, and outreachAttend industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client events as neededPlan and coordinate client, networking, and company eventsMaintain business development calendars, proposal deadlines, and pursuit schedulesTrack leads, client meetings, opportunities, and follow-up itemsAssist with market research and competitive analysisCoordinate internal meetings related to business development opportunities and pursuitsSupport leadership in developing targeted client outreach and relationship-building effortsIdentify relevant industry organizations, conferences, sponsorships, and networking opportunitiesContribute to presentations and visual storytelling that help communicate the firm's capabilities and win new workProposals & Marketing Materials Coordinate proposal submissions, qualifications packages, and marketing outreachDevelop and update business development presentations, brochures, and marketing packagesAssist in assembling client-facing proposals and presentation materialsMaintain project sheets, staff resumes, firm qualifications, and marketing collateralCoordinate with architectural and design teams to gather project information, imagery, and supporting materialsEnsure consistency in branding, typography, messaging, and overall visual identityCoordinate local and national award submissionsAssist with project photography coordination and organization of completed project imageryManage and coordinate company social media content and schedulingCoordinate website updates with internal teams and outside vendorsWork with client marketing teams to coordinate project photography, launches, and promotional materialsAssist in creating digital and print content for project announcements, company news, and industry recognitionMaintain organized libraries of photography, presentations, project information, and marketing assetsQualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural, design, homebuilding, real estate, development, or professional services environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and confident when communicating with clients and industry partnersStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorProficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software Canva Experience with CRM systems, proposal coordination, or business development tracking is preferredStrong presentation and visual communication skillsKnowledge of the architecture, homebuilding, and real estate development industries is a plusBenefitsExpected salary range for this position is $30–$38 per hour, based on experiencePaid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysLife Insurance Plan401(k) Retirement Plan
