It brings together business, technology, consulting, and ecosystem capabilities to develop differentiated propositions and accelerate outcomes for clients.Role Overview:As a Director in GCC Advisory, you will lead a high-impact practice that advises global clients on GCC strategy, setup, optimization, and transformation. You will work closely with CXOs, enterprise transformation leaders, and delivery teams to shape GCC agendas across industries. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of advisory expertise, domain fluency in shared services/GCCs, and the ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional programs. You will also play a key role in shaping the innovation agenda of GCCs by embedding Engineering R&D and emerging technologies into their core charter.Key responsibilities:GCC Strategy & Setup• Shape GCC advisory offerings, frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks including its uniqueproposition on sustained value creation.• Lead engagements that span target operating model design, capability roadmap planning, and value articulation• Advise clients on location strategy, operating models (captive vs. BOT vs. hybrid), and scalingroadmaps.• Drive innovation-centric GCC models by integrating ER&D, digital engineering, and emerging technologies into capability design and scaleup strategies.• Provide thought leadership on evolving GCC archetypes (innovation hubs, AI CoEs, engineeringcentres, etc.)Business development and client engagement• Evangelize GCC offering to target accounts and support in shaping overall opportunity andapproach.• Collaborate with global teams on responding to GCC-led RFPs and proactive opportunity shaping.• Drive growth through business development of GCC offerings.Advisory Execution• Oversee large-scale GCC transformation programs from design to execution, set direction and ensure value and impact creation.• Establish delivery excellence across all stages of GCC value chain.• Partner with clients across verticals (e.g., BFSI, MFG, Healthcare, Hi-Tech) on building future-readyglobal centresPractice Development• Develop knowledge assets, frameworks and approaches which will increase delivery and saleseffectiveness.• Mentor and grow a team of consultants and domain experts.• Integrate knowledge and insights from various units across to enable a high impact and practical approach.• Develop an ecosystem of external partners for delivering specific offerings such as compliance, legal, taxation, infrastructure design, set up and construction, project management, facilities management, talent management.• Collaborate with business group (vertical-specific) and service line (horizontal-specific) units to build an integrated GCC value proposition.• Represent in senior client forums, industry events, and strategic GCC communities.• Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, client partners, and delivery teams.Qualifications & experience:• 15-20 years of work experience with a strong track record in GCC strategy, shared services,outsourcing advisory, or GBS transformation• 5-7 years in client-facing or leadership roles involving GCC setup or transformation (advisory orservice provider side)• Experience working with or advising global organizations across multiple markets.• Prior roles in consulting (Tier 1 or boutique) or in senior GCC leadership positions.• Strong understanding of global sourcing trends, location intelligence, digital operating models, and talent strategies• MBA from a top-tier institution; engineering or technical background preferred.• Exposure to AI, cloud, digital engineering, and emerging tech as part of GCC capability build-outs.• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred attributes:• Ability to navigate CXO conversations and influence strategic direction.• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and scale new offeringsespecially in areas of innovation and emerging technologies.• Strong focus on driving growth and executing high impact initiatives.• Experience in building high performance teams.• Experience working with global IT services or technology companies via client engagementor full-time roles.Why join us?• Lead a high-growth practice shaping the future of global operating models.• Partner with the world’s largest enterprises on their GCC journeys• Define the next frontier of GCC evolution—innovation-led, talent-first, and AInative with theleading Indian GSI• Access global growth paths and a collaborative culture• Be part of a high-impact team shaping.• Work directly with CXOs and senior leadership on enterprise-defining initiatives.
