This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving growth and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Pursue targeted business opportunities to support company growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Develop and implement effective business development and sales.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.Qualifications & Skills:Fluent in Arabic & EnglishProven experience in business development, sales, & client relationship management in the UAEStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Essentials:Civil/Chemical/Construction Engineering graduate with 4 years proven UAE experience in business development, selling systems/products like building chemicals, structural repairs & construction systems.RemunerationGross package: AED 12-15k
