Business Development Engineer

Position: Business Development Engineer (BDE) Location: Riyadh Job Type: Full Time Commercial Parking Company (CPC) is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Engineer (BDE) to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Focused on business development, sales, client relationships, and technical coordination for smart and automated parking projects. What You'll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities in smart and automated parking projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with the technical and commercial teams. Follow up on opportunities, support negotiations, and contribute to closing deals. Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and other internal  RequirementsSaudi nationality is preferred.3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related commercial roles. Experience in smart parking or other technical solutions is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or a related Engineering discipline. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English. Strong technical understanding and ability to understand project requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
