🚜 We’re Hiring | Europe Business Manager – International Business📍 Location: Bangalore💼 Experience: 10+ Years🌍 Market: EuropeBudget: Upto 35-40 LPA🏭 Industry: Tractors | Agricultural Machinery | Off-Highway EquipmentKey Roles & Responsibilities🔹 Develop and execute business strategies for European markets to drive sales, revenue, profitability and market share.🔹 Identify, appoint and manage distributors and dealers across Europe, building strong channel relationships.🔹 Manage Europe P&L, pricing, commercial negotiations, budgeting and profitability.🔹 Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion and new market development.🔹 Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.🔹 Work closely with R&D and Product Management to develop products aligned with European market requirements.🔹 Support product launches, exhibitions and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.🔹 Ensure strong after-sales service, warranty support and customer satisfaction.🔹 Ensure compliance with European regulations, certifications and homologation requirements.🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide strategic insights.🔹 Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Service, Quality and Legal teams to drive business growth.Ideal Profile✅ 10+ years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / Business Development✅ Strong European market exposure✅ Experience in Distributor & Dealer Network Management✅ Experience in P&L and business development✅ Exposure to European regulations and homologation is an advantage✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (50–70%)
