Location: New Town, Kolkata, 700156Experience: Above 2 yearsSalary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per monthWork Mode: On-siteAbout the RoleAmbulance Wala is looking for a responsible and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) & Operations Executive to manage customer calls, ambulance bookings, daily ambulance operations, and business development activities.The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, coordinating with ambulance drivers/teams, handling bookings, and managing day-to-day operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding ambulance requirements.Receive ambulance booking requests and coordinate timely vehicle deployment.Coordinate with ambulance drivers and field staff.Track ambulance availability and daily operations.Maintain records of bookings, customer details, payments, and trips.Follow up with customers and hospitals when required.Generate new business leads through calls, networking, hospitals, nursing homes, and other channels.Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and other potential clients.Handle customer queries and provide proper information about available ambulance services.Coordinate emergency and scheduled ambulance requirements efficiently.Monitor ongoing trips and communicate with customers/drivers when necessary.Assist with billing, documentation, and other administrative work.Support the management with other operational and business development tasks as required.RequirementsGood communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English is preferred.Comfortable handling phone calls and speaking with customers professionally.Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and computer applications.Good coordination and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.Willingness to work flexible hours depending on ambulance operations.Previous experience in BDE, telecalling, operations, hospital coordination, logistics, or customer service will be an advantage.Preferred SkillsBusiness Development | Telecalling | Customer Service | Operations Management | Hospital Coordination | Lead Generation | Follow-up | Team CoordinationWhat We OfferFixed monthly salaryOpportunity to grow with a growing ambulance service businessPractical experience in business development and operationsSupportive working environmentSend Your Resume at: career@ambulancewala24x7.comApply now to join Ambulance Wala and become part of our operations team.
