The role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building initial relationships with potential clients and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.This vacancy supports the company's Saudization and localization requirements in Saudi Arabia. Applicants must meet the applicable eligibility requirements.Job Responsibilities Research prospective organizations, industries, and key decision-makers to identify qualified leads and new market opportunities. Contact potential clients through phone, email, and other approved channels to introduce CARMA and establish initial interest. Qualify prospective clients and schedule qualified business meetings with the relevant CARMA stakeholders Consistently achieve agreed outreach, lead-generation and meeting-booking targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information, activities and follow-ups in the company's CRM. Manage and regularly update the business development pipeline. Follow up with prospective clients and re-engage previous or lost opportunities. Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence and share relevant insights with the team. Support approved marketing and lead-generation initiatives. Attend relevant conferences, meetings and industry events when required. Inform prospective and existing clients about relevant developments in CARMA's products and services. Comply with CARMA's policies and procedures and support the company's mission and values. Perform other related responsibilities assigned by the direct managerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, customer service or a related field. Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good reporting skills. Ability to conduct outbound calls and email outreach professionally. Ability to research prospective clients and identify relevant decision-makers. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and update the sales pipeline or CRM. Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working toward meeting-booking goals
