📢 WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE📍 Location: UAE🏢 Industry: Recruitment / HR ConsultancyWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in the recruitment industry.Your primary focus will be CLIENT ACQUISITION.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach companies with current or upcoming hiring requirements• Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and networking• Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads and key decision-makers• Pitch recruitment services and convert prospects into active clients• Conduct client meetings and understand recruitment requirements• Negotiate recruitment fees, terms and service agreements• Close deals and achieve monthly client acquisition/revenue targets• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients• Develop long-term relationships for repeat recruitment business• Coordinate with the recruitment team once requirements are receivedRequirements:✓ Previous Business Development experience in a recruitment agency / HR consultancy is mandatory✓ Proven experience in bringing new recruitment clients✓ Strong B2B lead generation and cold-calling skills✓ Existing database of client is advantage✓ Excellent communication, pitching and negotiation skills✓ Strong understanding of the recruitment business model✓ Existing network of HR professionals / decision-makers in the UAE is a strong advantage✓ Target-driven with a strong ability to close dealsSend us your updated resume now - jobs@elitehrconsultancy.com
