Business Development Executive

About the RoleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving Swift's growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and building strong long-term relationships. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to promote the firm's services, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets through outbound strategies while also handling and converting inbound leads.Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SME and corporate segments in the UAE- Execute outbound strategies including LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and direct calls- Handle and convert inbound leads with speed, structure, and professionalism- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with full CRM discipline- Develop tailored proposals and pitches in collaboration with the audit and accounting teams- Own the client onboarding process, coordinating smooth handovers to delivery teams- Conduct market research and track competitor positioning, pricing, and emerging client needs- Represent Swift at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts that strengthen Swift's brand presence- Report regularly on pipeline status, conversion metrics, and revenue performanceRequired Qualifications & Experience- 3-5 years of UAE-based experience in accounting, audit, or financial services (mandatory)- Proven track record in B2B sales and lead conversion- Experience managing client onboarding and delivery handovers- Strong CRM proficiency and pipeline management discipline- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Must be UAE-based (currently residing in the UAE)- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage- Available immediately or on short noticeWhat We Offer- Basic salary: AED 10,000 - AED 13,000 per month (based on experience)- Monthly performance incentive linked to sales targets- Employment visa- Medical insurance as per UAE law- Annual air ticket as per Swift policy- Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law- Boutique, entrepreneurial culture with direct access to senior leadershipHow to Apply📩 Apply through our website:https://lnkd.in/dQHw8M8eOr send your CV: recruitment@swift-audit.com
