Business Development Executive

WE’RE HIRING — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (SIGNAGE)📍 UAE | Al Mubarak SignWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive / Outdoor Sales Executive whose primary responsibility will be to actively find, approach and bring new signage projects directly to our company.⚠️ This is NOT an indoor sales or customer service position.The successful candidate must be comfortable working in the field, visiting potential clients, identifying upcoming projects, reaching decision-makers and converting opportunities into confirmed business.Key Responsibilities* Actively search for and bring new signage projects and clients* Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, fit-out projects, commercial buildings, retail developments and new business locations* Approach and develop relationships with: * Main contractors * Fit-out contractors * Developers * Consultants * Architects & interior design companies * Property & facility management companies * Retail groups * Restaurants & hospitality companies * Corporate procurement departments* Identify ongoing and upcoming projects requiring signage* Connect directly with Procurement Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Facility Managers and other decision-makers* Register Al Mubarak Sign as an approved vendor/supplier with potential clients* Generate RFQs, enquiries and tender opportunities* Arrange client meetings and site visits* Coordinate with our internal estimation/production team to prepare quotations* Follow up aggressively and professionally on submitted quotations* Negotiate with clients and work toward closing orders* Maintain relationships with existing and newly acquired clients* Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential projects* Meet agreed monthly sales and new-business targets* Provide regular reports on client visits, enquiries, quotations and potential projectsWho We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should have:* Previous UAE outdoor sales/business development experience* Experience in the signage industry is highly preferred* Experience in signage, fit-out, construction, advertising, fabrication or related industries will be considered* An existing network of UAE contractors, developers, procurement teams, fit-out companies or corporate clients is a strong advantage* Strong ability to generate business independently rather than depending only on company-provided leads* Good understanding of B2B sales and project-based business* Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills* Ability to approach new companies and decision-makers confidently* Good knowledge of the UAE market* UAE driving licence preferredWhat We Offer* Fixed basic salary* Attractive performance-based commission* Opportunity to earn significantly more based on projects and sales generated* Support from an experienced signage manufacturing team* Long-term growth opportunity for strong performersAbout Al Mubarak SignAl Mubarak Sign is an established UAE signage manufacturing company operating since 1998, providing signage solutions for businesses and projects across the UAE.We are specifically looking for someone who can go into the market, build connections, find projects and BRING BUSINESS.If you have the experience, connections and ability to generate new signage projects, we want to hear from you.📩 Apply through LinkedIn with your CV and details of your UAE sales/signage experience.
