About Urban ChicUrban Chic is a premium serviced apartment operator, born in London and now growing fast in Abu Dhabi. Just as in London, our model runs on two engines: high-quality residential units onboarded into our short-term rental portfolio, and a strong corporate housing business serving companies, relocation firms, and project teams who need serviced accommodation for their people.We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow both sides in the UAE - signing new property owners to expand our unit pipeline, and winning the corporate clients and partners who keep those units full. You will report directly to the Managing Director.If you're active in UAE real estate, holiday homes, corporate housing, or hospitality sales - and you love closing deals - this is a high-growth role with clear targets and real earning potential.What You'll DoOwner acquisition - growing the portfolio:Sign new property owners onto our management modelBuild relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and agentsPitch professionally, negotiate terms, and close management agreementsCorporate and partner development - filling the portfolio:Win corporate accounts that need serviced accommodation for staff, contractors, and project teamsDevelop relationships with relocation companies, agencies, and booking partners across the UAEUnderstand the corporate demand dynamics of the Abu Dhabi market and feed intelligence back into the businessAcross both:Build and manage a consistent pipeline in our CRMWork with our onboarding and reservations teams to launch units smoothly and deliver for clientsProvide weekly updates to management on signings, accounts, and pipelineWhat We're Looking ForUAE property, corporate housing, or hospitality sales experience preferredAn existing network of owners, brokers, agents, or corporate/mobility contacts is a big plusConfident and credible in commercial discussions - from landlord ROI conversations to corporate procurementTarget-driven, disciplined, and self-motivatedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSalary + CommissionFixed salary: AED 8,000 - 12,000/month (depending on experience)Target commission: AED 6,000/month at 6 units signedOverachievement up to 125% (AED 7,500/month)OTE: AED 180k - 230k+ per year - uncapped for strong performersWhy Urban ChicClear, achievable targets with strong operational support behind every signingA proven London model - corporate-heavy, owner-backed - now being built in the UAEA booming market, and a company investing to lead itProgression opportunity into senior commercial roles as the portfolio scalesApply NowIf you're active in Abu Dhabi real estate or corporate accommodation and want ownership of a high-growth market, we'd love to hear from you.Send your CV and a brief covering note to mail@my-urbanchic.com
