Team members join a business that values long-term partnerships, operational excellence, and responsive customer support.Role Description We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of UAE Business Development experience, strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge, and relevant experience primarily in Supply Chain, Shipping and Logistics. Key Requirements: Strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge and business network.Experience in Supply Chain, Shipping and Logistics business development.Proven B2B sales and client acquisition skills.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Proactive, target-driven and commercially focused.Ability to achieve a minimum 5 X GP target per month.Experience in Marine, Warehousing, Manpower, Facility Management or Catering will be an added advantage.UAE driving licence preferred. Please prioritize candidates with an established Abu Dhabi client network, particularly within the logistics, shipping, freight, supply chain and industrial sectors.
