🚨Business Development Representative – Founding US Hire🚨 📍Santa Monica, CA (3 days onsite)📍 🔥Seed-Stage AI / E-Commerce SaaS 🔥 💵 $70k – $90k base + OTE up to $130k + Equity💵A highly funded seed-stage AI company is building its first US sales team on the ground in Los Angeles.Sitting directly with the founder. No VP Sales layer, no telephone game, no politics. Just you, a founder who's built this before, and a clear path into an AE seat within 18–24 months.👔Responsibilities:Execute 150–200 daily outbound touches across phone, email and LinkedIn using pre-built, signal-based sequences (Nooks, HubSpot, Sales Navigator all in place)Target mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands, hitting Heads of CX, E-Commerce and OperationsBook discovery calls for the Account Executives Work ICP-matched prospect lists and buying-intent signals s👤Candidate profile:1–3 years in an SDR/BDR role ideally inside a B2B SaaS startupGenuinely comfortable making 150–200 touches a day.
