The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize revenue, support promotional campaigns, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend strategies to grow the business in the UAE and wider region.Qualifications Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.Experience in account management, with the ability to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Previous experience in sales, business development preferably in fitness, sports, or consumer goods sectors.Experience with CRM tools and basic office software for managing leads, reporting, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
