🚨 We're Hiring: Business Development Executive 🚨Red Giant Media Agency is a Nairobi-based experiential marketing and media company delivering activations, roadshows, creative/3D production, and digital media for leading brands across Kenya.We're growing our commercial team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive to bring in new business and build lasting client relationships.What you'll be doing: 🔹 Identifying and visiting prospective client offices to pitch our services 🔹 Proactively calling and following up on leads 🔹 Closing deals and handing over to our Client Service team for seamless execution 🔹 Consistently hitting monthly conversion targetsWhat we're looking for: ✅ 2–3 years' experience in business development/sales, ideally within BTL, experiential marketing, events, or a media/advertising agency ✅ A proven closer — confident on the phone, in person, and at the negotiating table ✅ Self-driven, resilient, comfortable working to targets with minimal supervision ✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience ✅ A relevant network in the marketing/events space is an advantageWhat we offer: 💼 Competitive base salary + commission on every converted lead 🚀 A fast-paced, creative agency environment 📈 Room to grow as we scale our commercial team📩 Interested?
