Job Title: Business Development Executive – Healthcare / Clinic Business Development Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Healthcare / Psychiatry & Mental WellnessAbout the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Sales cum Business Development Executive to join a leading psychiatric clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving patient acquisition by building strong referral networks with hospitals, polyclinics, and general practitioners across the UAE. If you have a proven track record in healthcare sales and are passionate about expanding access to mental health services, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and convert new patient leads through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.Hospital & Polyclinic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals and polyclinics that do not currently have in-house psychiatric services, positioning our clinic as their trusted referral partner.GP Engagement: Build a strong network of General Practitioners (GPs), educating them on our services and creating a consistent referral pipeline.Networking & Events: Attend industry networking events, business councils, and professional meetups to represent the clinic, build brand awareness, and acquire new clients.Medical Exhibitions: Attend healthcare and medical exhibitions at trade centers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah to generate leads, identify partnership opportunities, and stay ahead of market trends.Patient Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to bring new patients to the clinic and meet monthly / quarterly revenue targets.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, identify untapped market segments, and report on sales performance and pipeline health.Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic’s medical and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient journey from referral to appointment.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience within clinics, hospitals, or healthcare settings. Experience in mental health or psychiatric services is a strong plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree is recommended (Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred).Network: Existing relationships with GPs, polyclinics, and hospital administrators in the UAE are highly advantageous.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset.Driving License: UAE driving license is preferred.Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage, but not a must.Location: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structure.Opportunity to shape the growth of a specialized psychiatric clinic in a rapidly expanding marketSupportive, professional environment with clear career progression pathways.
