This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline across targeted industries. Day-to-day activities include researching potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves managing and growing key accounts, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to revenue targets and market expansion initiatives.Qualifications Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.Solid account management capabilities, including relationship building, client retention, and cross-selling or upselling services.Business acumen and commercial awareness to understand client challenges, propose relevant solutions, and negotiate effectively.Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, persuasive negotiation, and professional stakeholder engagement.Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation services.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, travel for client meetings as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills and experience in the GCC market are highly beneficial.
