Recruitment Agency in Saudi ArabiaPosition: Business Development & Manpower Recruitment Executive/Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: 8+ years in Manpower Recruitment, Business Development & Manpower Coordination Salary: 3000 SARQualifications We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in business development, overseas recruitment, manpower coordination, client relationship management, and local manpower hiring. The candidate should have proven experience in handling clients, sourcing manpower, coordinating mobilization, preparing quotations, managing contracts, and following up on invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate manpower requirements from clients. Visit clients and promote manpower supply and recruitment services. Source skilled and semi-skilled manpower through recruitment agencies, suppliers, freelancers, and overseas recruitment networks. Coordinate recruitment from countries including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. Review CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate trade tests. Coordinate with clients and recruitment agencies regarding candidate selection and feedback. Negotiate job offers and coordinate candidate mobilization and visa processing. Verify candidate documents and ensure all required documentation is complete before submission. Coordinate Chamber of Commerce/service agreements, Ajeer documentation, and other manpower-related requirements. Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for purchase orders and contract approvals. Coordinate manpower mobilization and ensure candidates join as per client requirements. Collect and verify employee timesheets and coordinate monthly invoice preparation. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payments. Coordinate with Finance, HR, Administration, and Operations teams for smooth manpower deployment. Monitor payroll-related matters and ensure timely payment to deployed manpower. Handle employee grievances and support smooth workforce operations. Maintain accurate records of clients, candidates, contracts, timesheets, invoices, and recruitment status. Support management in developing business strategies and achieving revenue targets. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in manpower recruitment and manpower supply. Excellent business development and client relationship management skills. Experience in Saudi Arabia's manpower recruitment/supply sector. Good knowledge of visa processing, candidate mobilization, documentation, and Ajeer procedures. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage recruitment agencies, suppliers, freelancers, and candidates. Experience in preparing quotations, following up on POs, timesheets, invoices, and payments. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets. Good knowledge of recruitment and manpower markets across Asian countries. Preferred Client/Industry Exposure: Experience dealing with major clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, Industrial Services, Healthcare, and General Manpower Supply.
